I know it's not confirmed that she is The Doctor's mother but I like to believe that she is. I mean The Doctor's family isn't really mentioned a lot in the series and I'd like to think that, whoever they are, they ought to be pretty proud of him.
Even though Ten went and visited all his past companions before regenerating, it still killed me to see him regenerate completely alone and I died when the Ood told him "The universe will sing you to your sleep."
I don't really know how to explain this further and I'm rambling

I also thought she was his mother,i even named her butterfly...it exactly fits her character now that I think of it.
